Stacia Howard
DIRECTOR — SALES PERFORMANCE
Stacia is COH’s Director of Sales Performance, having been with COH for approximately nine years. In that position, Stacia not only has an active Health & Life Insurance practice that focuses on assisting Seniors, but she is also responsible for educating and training current and new Agents on COH’s systems, applications, and compliant sales practices. Notably, Stacia has led a team of dedicated agents the past two Annual Enrollment Periods, who have collectively acted as the Preferred Broker for various Physician Practice Groups in Virginia, Georgia, and Texas.
Stacia believes hard work and dedication are powerful motivators in the workplace, and she uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed. Stacia is inspired daily by her husband and their two children.
