At the end of the enrollment we hit a snag where the text version would not let me e-sign on my phone because it didn’t recognize my correct birthdate. “Hello. Since most people only comment about negative experiences, I wanted to take this opportunity to let you know about my very positive interactions with Stacia Howard. I first “met” her when my former Medicare advantage plan was no longer being offered. She was always friendly, courteous, and professional as well as extremely helpful. She set up for a plan in Virginia and I told her that it would be short-lived because I was moving out of state in March. She gave me her number and said that she would be more than happy to help me out once I moved. I just got off the phone with her today and again, she was very helpful, friendly, courteous and professional.
