Data Analyst (Philadelphia, PA)
Hybrid: In Office and Remote; Philadelphia based
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Creating Reports and communicating data to brokers, insurance carriers, and agency partners
• Collaborate with Admin and Accounting managers to understand their data needs and help them make informed decisions based on data insights; Import and Export Data files in to various technology platforms
• Work directly with representatives that manage our enrollment platforms (Sunfire) and CRM
(Trustycare)
• Attend Company Events
• Some Travel
QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preparing/analyzing/reviewing financial transactions/reports using Sage 50/QuickBooks
• Processing commission payments to downline agents/agencies;
• Performing commission audits
• Performing account compilation, analysis and reconciliation w/knowledge of GAAP, CMS commission payment guidelines
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience is preferred but not mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, required;
• Master’s in Accountancy, preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to organize, present and analyze financial information.
• Ability to focus on detail, accuracy, and deadlines.
