Kathyren Krafft



Kathyren joined COH in June 2019, as General Manager of its Call Center operations. Prior to that, Kathyren worked in Call Center operations for over 18 years, focusing on Business Process Outsourcing, and managing clients in the telecommunications, cable and internet, and healthcare industries.

Having worked with Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 companies, Kathyren has experience in developing departmental strategies to improve performance and manage daily operations. Kathyren has led several implementation initiatives to take on new clients throughout the West and Southwest regions of the US. Kathyren was also responsible for improving employee performance by creating coaching programs used in multiple call centers throughout the Northwest and Southwest regions.

During the summer of 2020, Kathyren became Vice President of Connect One Health’s Dedicated Services Division, and was tasked with leading the onboarding and training of over 50 new agents virtually, across 6 states, for an enrollment project for a Carrier. Since that time, Kathyren has led the day-to-day operations of the Dedicated Services Division.
