John joined Connect One Health as Chief Operating Officer in June 2019, while also serving in that same capacity for Connect One’s former sister-company, The Senior Resource Group. In November 2020, John became a part-owner of Connect One Health and Chief Executive Officer.

As Chief Executive Officer, John’s main focus was high-level problem solving for its clients, through the development and implementation of business processes that are tailored to each client. Having been an attorney and partner at an AML 100 law firm for over 22 years before coming to Connect One Health, John brought a unique set of analytical skills that allowed him to seamlessly work with a wide array of clients, including individual clients, small and medium-sized business clients, and Fortune 500 clients as well.

As CEO, John focused on strategic planning and business process development, implementation, and operational oversight of three separate Call Center business segments: (1) outsourcing of licensed agent services for Medicare Advantage Plans and related products; (2) inbound and outbound campaigns that utilize brokerage services for Medicare Advantage Plans and related products; and (3) outsourcing of inbound and outbound telemarketing services for healthcare-related businesses, including carriers and providers.

On June 30, 2023, John stepped down as CEO. Since that time, he has acted as General Counsel and, along with his partners Shane Souders and Josh Rhodes, continues to set and implement Connect One’s strategic plan.

John received his Bachelor of Arts from Franklin & Marshall College in 1994. While at F&M, John was a member of the Men’s 1990-1991 basketball team, which reached the Division III National Championship and was later inducted into F&M’s Athletic Hall of Fame in 2013. John went on to earn his law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1997, where he was Managing Editor of the Constitutional Law Journal.
