The result is that the licensed agents of the Dedicated Services Division operate as a seamless extension of each carrier client.
Examples of outsource services provided by the Dedicated Services Division include:
- enrollment services for Medicare plans and products, which services include daily Metric Reports that reflect a specific disposition of every call received by Connect One’s agents, and key insights into beneficiary enrollment and non-enrollment decisions (e.g., specific reasons as to why beneficiaries enrolled or did not enroll in a specific Plan);
- training for agents employed by carriers / employees of providers;
- administrative services such as marketing channel reporting and customer service; and
- marketing services.
For carriers or providers who, for whatever reason, cannot provide certain services internally, Connect One Health provides a fully-operational and fully-compliant outsource option.
